"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"I called for an appointment on Monday for dishwasher repair and was told no one would be available until Friday. After agreeing, I was told the technician would call me Friday morning to schedule a time. I called and was told he would be at my home between noon and 2:30. We had pulled out he dishwasher. At 2:30, he arrived. The problem was a water leak and I had informed the dispatcher that the technician should bring a flexible water line. He informed us that he was the owner's son. He found the water leak and said he would need a flexible line which he did not have. My wife offered to go to Lowe's (about 1 mile away) and get one while he removed the old line. All though he was only here between 5 and 10 minutes, he said that he did not have time to make the repair. He said he would have the office call to make a time for the repair. We were then given a bill for a "service call" in the amount of $119.90. We paid and have not heard from the office. I am not sure we could afford to pay for an actual repair. No repairs were made."
