However, we ran into a major issue: the drying equipment required more power than my house could handle. They had to hire an electrician for temporary panels. The owner explicitly told me he would cover that cost, but I later received an unexpected $3,000 bill that insurance refused to cover. Lastly, I expected them to handle the reconstruction (drywall and flooring). Instead, they referred me to a third party who was very hard to reach.
