I received a prompt, friendly estimate of the costs involved, and we arranged for the replacements to be installed on 30 and 31 July. Despite some heavy rain on the 30th the upstairs system was installed by late afternoon; the downstairs system went in on the 31st in about the same amount of time. The guys were prompt, they were exceedingly courteous, and they left no mess. Nelson's is a first-class outfit, and I was pleased to become one of their customers."
