"Our unit broke on a Friday afternoon at 5:30 pm, just as the temperatures were picking up and AC was critical. We had someone look it over later in the day. It was clear it needed replacement, we had a visit on Monday and and estimate shortly thereafter. The unit was installed the following Sunday (!). There was some defect in the unit that prevented Nelson's from turning it on. They had a replacement part the following day. We were delayed by our own schedule, but the following Friday the unit was on, and humming. Very professional crew, did everything they could as fast as they could. Two weeks in with the unit, it's worked exactly as we needed. Recommend the business, they are local to Williamsburg! Buy local!"

"This is the second time we have bought a HVAC system from them (we have upstairs and downstairs units). Ryan showed up for the estimate exactly on time. He carefully inspected everything (even took a video under the house) and then laid out several options for us. He really knows systems. He suggested a special filter system because my wife has asthma. We selected what we wanted and made an appointment for installation. The team that came to do the installation was also punctual. They were polite, professional, and hard working. They were also pretty quick. There was a lot to do to replace our system, and they were done in half a day! One of them stayed behind when they were through to help me program our new wifi thermostats, which ended up not being easy. He was so patient through this process. They cleaned everything up very well. Our system is working really well. This company exceeded my expectations with after-the-sale service. Wow. I recommend them!"

"The company was extremely responsive - to emails, calls, and text messages. They provided a fair quote and, the day after we hired them, performed the service. The old system was removed and the new one installed quickly, professionally, and with no damage to very old plaster walls. Great work and a fantastic team!"

"Everyone from Hopewell office set up everything, including setting up to having a crane place the HVAC on top of the condo. All the installers were Professional and just wonderful. They gave info on all they were doing. I give them an outstanding rating!"

"Very thorough installation. Also, follow up call covered every area of the installation."

"Not sure yet. It’s been very hot & humid and most people’s A/C is struggling to keep up with the heat outside. But overall they were very friendly & professional."

"They offered incredible customer service and the installer was so kind and knowledgeable. The system works great! We?re so happy with such warm temperatures coming. We will definitely be repeat customers in future."

"We had a very complicated issue with our Energy recovery ventilator. TJ was extremely knowledgeable about this piece of equipment. You successfully tracked down the problem and fixed it. He also figured out a complicated electrical issue with the Honeywell TrueZone damper actuator that both BUDS HEATING AND AC and a master electrician could not figure out. After completing those two tasks, he installed a new Aprilaire humidifier. He accomplished all this for a very reasonable price. I could not recommend him more!!"

"I have had work done by Chris two different times and years, both in an emergency type situation, meaning the A/C was not working. This year, taking all the necessary Covid precautions, he took out the motor and casing of the Air Handler, located in the Attic, replaced it in his shop and thereby speeding up the amount of time in the home. Additionally he verified that the motor was still under warranty,( purchased and installed thru another company), thereby greatly reducing the cost of the repair!! He and Krystal are dedicated to their company and the epitome of true Professionals."
