Elman and his crew members were very easy to work with, friendly, and were available to answer questions or adapt to minor requests. They were very thorough to replace all the rotten wood, which I really appreciated. My house looks amazing! I upgraded to the best siding recommended by Consumer Reports, which is manufactured by the company Elmans' often uses. The windows were also good quality, and look better than some my neighbors had recently installed. The gutters and gutter guards were installed well too. I appreciate that they are a family business, which was very responsive. If you are considering siding, windows or gutters, Elmans' should be on the top of your list for excellent quality, great prices and ease of getting the job done. Very highly recommended!"

"Overall, we received great customer service and a solid product. I am happy with the results. 
We had some issues with scheduling. Our back gutters were taken care of quickly, but a large tree in our front yard limited access. We ended up calling in a landscaping company to cut the branches overhanging our home, and afterwards Exterior Pros of America came back out to our house to finish the job. 
While up on the tall ladder, they also fixed/resecured a decorative shutter on one of our top floor windows for no additional charge. I appreciated their thoughfulness and felt like they really aimed to take care of our home. 
I do think that the gutter guard product is expensive, but it seems a very high quality. With all work completed, I feel that it was worth the investment and I'd recommend Exterior Pros.

"We hired Mr. Scantling and his crew to redo the drywall on a floor to ceiling fireplace and rebuild a half wall previously done by an incompetent contractor and to repair/replace bulging splayed corner seams throughout the house. I was very nervous because we'd had such a bad experience with the previous contractor but Mr. Scantling and his men did excellent work and were very efficient. They finished the whole job in just under two days while being considerate of our schedules (my husband works from home). They didn't mind answering all my questions and were a very congenial crew. But the best part (for me) was that they truly did clean up after the job. This was one of the cleanest home repair/remodeling jobs we've had done in quite a while. I am happy to recommend this company and would use them again."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "We got several estimates from local companies.  Stuart provided a list of homes for which he completed vinyl siding and/or windows and trim.  We looked at most of them and talked with some customers. He has added vinyl to about 100 homes where we live.  He provided a quote and considered the colors and materials we preferred.  He was available on a continuous basis, often dropping by the site to check on progress and any needs. Former customers praised his company for continuing to monitor his completed jobs and respond to any concerns of previous customers, stating "He won't leave the job until it is completed to both his satisfaction and your satisfaction."His brother ran and worked with the "on site" crew and has experience in all facets of construction and remodeling, including window work and plumbing. They were on time and worked long hours to stay on schedule; only missing several days rained out. They cleaned up the site each day and when completed. We constantly had questions about our satisfaction and Stuart added more contracts from his exchanges with those who stopped by. You cannot beat this experience.
