"I have an out of state property and my tenants informed me that the A/C was not working. The technician Christopher went out to my property and made the necessary repairs. Christopher was professional, and he sent me pictures detailing the work that he was performing. Short Pump Heating and Air did a good job."

"Outstanding experience. Bob is an expert, explains exactly what was wrong and promptly repaired it. Bob has repaired leaky bathroom facuets, slow drains, maintenance on our tankless water heater. All work completed efficiently and arrived on time. Highly recommend Bob and Bear Mechanical."

"The technician arrived on time and explained the problem thoroughly. He outlined the estimated cost for the repair and had it fixed in a couple of hours. Great job!

"Called 2 days before Christmas when baking element flamed out and caused a short in junction box feeding oven. At last minute's notice, Puckett electricians came out, and very rapidly fixed the problem. Workers were very punctual, neat, pleasant, courteous, professional and incredibly efficient (whole repair took 10 minutes! They'd obviously done this hundreds of times). Highly recommend. Very nice to fit us in 2 days before Christmas so we could cook cookies and turkey.

"They came in, said "we can replace the hose, but if the bolt is rusted and goes, you'll need to replace the water heater. " They got the bolt off and saved us a lot of money."

"I had a water leak from the hot water heater and everyone was super helpful and nice! Chris was the first one I met and I had ALOT of questions but he made sure to help answer them and if he couldn't Joey did! Everyone from Joey, Will, Diego, Daniel and Chris stayed on top of making sure I had what I needed to fix everything. These guys did an amazing job getting my house back to living condition and even while I was in hotel they checked in and gave me plenty of updates on my house! I am very grateful for their help! I will definitely use them again if I ever need anything and consider them like friends!"

"I did not use them last because I am not very happy with them. When I first started using them, they were very good, but they have gone down. We also bought a hot water heater from them and they did a fantastic job, it is just in the last year or two that their service has gone down. The cost was reasonable. They have not been as responsive as I would like them to be, because I have spent a lot of money with them."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"They found the cut-off under my house, but told me that the law required me to have it near the dishwasher. They installed the new valve. In the meantime, they discovered lots of badly corroded pipes throughout my kitchen and basement. They replaced the pipes and also replaced my hot water heater, also badly corroded. Although this was very costly (more than I had ever planned to spend), I could see that the corrosion was bad, and i was glad that they had noticed the problems and moved to take care of them before pipes burst and I had a damaged house to deal with. They also did a couple of small things for which they did not charge."
