"They did it at short notice on New Year’s Eve, Sunday night, without charging extra for emergency service. It was pricey, but I got a top of the line unit. It works great, uses less gas than my old unit, and it is supposed to last for 25 years. They also replaced my sump pump, my water level alarm, and my water shut-off valve. The owner came by a couple days later to check on everything. He upgraded the natural gas supply hose, and made a couple more improvements. ".Excellent!  They were able to bring in the right people (involved S&R Mechanical) to find and fix a plumbing issue that had plagued me for the last 2-3 years -- occasional water backup that flooding in 3 rooms ruining flooring.  It would only happen @ appr 2-3 am and was sporadic.  Seened to occur during "water softener re-generation+" & felt was related somehow.  It was, but other issues were occurring as well.  The  piping underneath home (on slab) was main issue.  This was serious!  It could have meant raising the slab foundation of home!  But went other routes that have worked.  They also showed me what was going on so could see for myself (camera through piping showed everything).  This company is reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, honest and trust them.  So often it is difficult to find the right  people for plumbing issues, but I highly recomment this company.
