"The guys were very polite and professional, but were five hours late, then they informed me that they couldn't repair my unit. By this time, it is 5:30pm, even though they did give me a number for someone that could work on my older well, it was going to be the next day before that company could get there. It took the company 30 minutes to replace a capacitor, something that could have been replaced the day before if: #1, the original guys would have been there on time and I would have called the other company around mid day. or #2, I would have called the other company to begin with (which is a company that I was prepared to call anyway)."

"I first had another service company from Charlotte that I contacted. We can be there at 4 today. Great. No show others issues. Tuesday 2-4 great shows at 3:30. All I needed was pump station pumped out and replace effulent pump no digging needed. Pumped one side said would have to dig up other side , bring in equipment , septic line may need camera etc etc could be up to $5000 could be here at 9 the next day. Get call that night that I need to pay at least half of money before they could proceed. Told them not our deal, their guy wasn't sure. Never showed by 10;30, called them and told them to forget it. Another local company argued with me as to what I had, lived her 20 years, told him I would send pictures, never responded. Got on home advisers and had 3 contacts. first called right away. Told the issues, they would need to come look but that would be $150 cost but if they got the job would knock it off the price. Told them I would send pictures, nope need to pay first then come LOOK. NOPE. Then Mark from Clearwater Septic and Pumping called, told him the issues, told me he would be there the next morning between 11-12. He texted when he was on his way. arrived , pouring down rain, showed him the pump tank, we discussed prices, wanted to pump out, pull old pump and make sure we got the right size, gave me their price to replace pump and away we went, all in the pouring down rain. Told him we didn't have to finish today, maybe next day would be ok, no back ups or any issues, could wait. He said I told you we would get it done today and we will. they pumped both sides, pulled pump, went and got the new pump. installed the new pump, all in the pouring rain, never complained, knew what needed to be done and he did it. very professional and NEVER spilled a drop of waste on the driveway or yard like the first company from Charlotte did that I sent away. finished at 5;30, soaked ,cleaned up everything. This company came, gave me fair prices, did what I asked to have done and didn't try to hit me for any other charges or unnecessary work. VERY HAPPY with the end result. The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet. Everything seems to be working great (it has been about 6 weeks)! I would definitely hire them again."

"This company was referred to me by another contractor. This was my 1st time using them. I called and set up an appt. easily. My plumber " Paul", called 30 mins before he arrived. He showed up on time and completed work in a timely fashion. He checked my shower and issues in all bathrooms and in the crawlspace. I appreciated him taking pics of all the problems and pics p repairs done. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done before work was done and then wrote up an estimate. I am in an older home and explained the type of pipes I had in other areas would need to be replaced eventually and is to send me a quote for this to be done later. No mess left behind. I am very pleased with this service and just texted my sister to call them for commode replacement. Thank you so much, Paul, for your professionalism, honesty, and kindness. I will use in the future."
