Once we signed the contract the work was scheduled without any delays. The porch posts were replaced with care and the job was done to our liking. We very much appreciate the work done by Jim’s team. "Fantastic! I called and got an appointment immediately for some one to come out and give and estimate. I agreed to the price and put down 1/3. The first workman showed up the next day to do the power washing between the times given. I had 1 day for the deck to dry and the next day 3 men arrived promptly to do the rest of the work which involved hammering down loose nails, sanding the places that needed it, painting the deck with two coats of special paint, and painting the rails and steps with a different type of paint. The owner stayed in touch by phone during the whole process and came by to make sure I was happy with the results."

"My 3rd floor deck was way overdue for some major maintenance, and I wanted to go composite, but first I had to find the right contractor to install it. After much searching I settled on the great guys from Joist Construction. They were communicative, affordable and available to start almost right away. Their crew pulled out all of the old boards, brought up all of the new composite wood, and replaced the whole deck in ONE day! They also replaced a joist that was in bad shape and did an excellent job navigating several deck floor penetrations, including uninstalling and reinstalling a lattice that keeps them out of sight. Overall I was incredibly impressed with their speed and attention to detail. Could not ask for nicer guys who went above and beyond to make the experience painless!"
