"Great guys to work with. They were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure the deck stain was uniform!"

"David had completed a deck for our friends, and he came highly recommended. He was easy to work with as we planned our new deck on our new house, offering many suggestions to fit out backyard terrain. The quality of our deck is amazing—sturdy and well put together. The workers were very professional and took great pride in their work. I highly recommend C Maurer Building!"

"I highly recommend Fence and Deck Depot for anyone looking to undertake a deck project. In 2022, I made the mistake of cutting corners by opting for a cheaper option with a big box retailer, and it ended up being a disaster with a failed deck by the city and a settlement that took nine months. Luckily, Fence & Deck Depot came to my rescue and provided top-notch service and materials. The Deck: The crew of two took one week to finish. One aspect that truly stood out was the level of craftsmanship displayed by the team. They paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every composite panel was perfectly straight. Even the parts of the deck that no one would typically see, like the lumber pillars underneath the deck, were painted to blend in. Before leaving the project, they hosed down the deck and removed any debris. The commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity sets them apart. Experience: From start to finish, the professionalism of the Fence & Deck Depot team was exceptional. They consistently maintained clear communication at every step of the process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. What truly sets them apart is their willingness to go above and beyond. Initially, we had our deck installed by a big box retailer to save costs. Unfortunately, the deck failed multiple city inspections, requiring its complete removal. Fortunately, the Fence & Deck Depot team stepped in, offering guidance and answering our questions as we navigated a settlement with the original installer. What's remarkable is that they were incredibly responsive, addressing numerous emails and phone calls even though we had yet to officially become their clients by signing a contract or providing a down payment. Their support was entirely in good faith, and we greatly appreciate their dedication to helping us through our difficult situation."

"Absolutely spot on and fantastic from my first sales call by Karen who explained everything from wood decks to composite decks to financing and how communication would flow throughout the process of replacing our wood deck with a composite deck. Once we signed up we waited about 6 weeks until it was our turn. Paul the Production manager let us know when our deck supplies would be delivered. Next came a call from Justin who would be in charge of the actually crew that would be removing our old deck and building our new deck. The actual crew worked their magic in removing our old deck in less than a half day and construction started on our new deck immediately. our brand new deck was complete in less than a day and a half. The crew working were fast and efficient. Every detail was taken care of the first time. Communication from beginning to conclusion was choreographed exactly like our sales person, Karen said it would be done. We are so pleased with Maris Home Improvements. We highly recommend them! We will enjoy our new deck for a long, long time. Thank you all very much."

"Great people all around to work with! Very professional, kept us apprised of the work throughout. Worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned everything up after they finished. Mike the foreman took great care to ensure we were happy with the work. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace or refurbish a deck!"

"Jablan General Contracting did an excellent job of demolishing my old deck and rebuilding my new deck . They were professional, timely and the cost for the total job was reasonable. The workmanship was exceptional."

"We, a HOA, did a competition to fix multiple locations our 20 year old white vinyl fence. The Easter attention to detail and price were fantastic and their price was far cheaper than their competition and our prior contractor. Although it took a few months for the repairs, it was still quicker than our prior contractor. A prior fence company had replaced posts higher than adjacent posts plus some lean a little. Easter repaired 12 different locations. All the posts were the same height as adjacent posts plus didn't lean. I know where all the repairs were completed. However, I could not distinguish between the old and repaired sections, except where one rail, which didn't need replacing, still had a small smudge from the dirty snow where it had been laying."

"We recently contracted with Midtown to have a new deck installed on our historic home. Any concerns we initially had regarding workmanship, quality, or integrity were immediately put to rest. This company was exemplary in every aspect. From teardown of the old deck to completion of the new build, we were made aware via the customer portal of progress or concerns. Michaela, in the office, addressed our emails quickly and allayed any fears we may have had. Thanks to Jacob, Nolan, Tony, Juan and everyone for a quality performance! Kudos to them all!"

"We had reached out to a number of contractors and the majority never gave us a bid. With Jim we had a bid within a couple weeks. He handled our HOA information, city permits, lien waivers and he had a much better approach with building our new deck. We recently replaced our driveway and I was concerned that it not get damaged and he respected that. Overall very happy with the deck. We added a gate last minute and there was some confusion on the price, but he fully honored what he told us. The price was competitive and the construction is far superior to our old deck. I had a few questions/punch list items and Jim addressed them the next day. We choose Hungry Carpenter because he built my sisters deck and screened porch a few years ago and they were happy. Once we gave Jim the deposit check they moved forward quickly and exceeded when I was expecting it to be completed. Ultimately we love the deck and the pricing was competitive."

"Chesterfield Fence and Deck repaired the storm damage to our deck from a year ago. We are extremely happy with everything they did for us. Melissa and Mustafa helped us get started and Suvad did the work. It was unbelievable how professional and courteous he was, and he went the extra mile a few times such as tightening screws that were not flush with the decking to begin with, replacing screws to the posts that were of more proper size, double checking replacement step samples even bringing us samples to make sure we were happy. This guy is amazing, ask for him! Thank you Chesterfield Fence and Deck!"
