After checking and testing to determine which part of the drain/sewer line was blocked Silvio had to remove the toilet to unblock that branch of the drain. This was an extra cost, but required. The equipment used provided an exact location of where the cast iron pipe was allowing roots to intrude and where repairs would be needed. While just snaking the drain would have been cheaper, having the video to show the extent of the blockage was very useful. Everything was explained well, and I was given recommendations to forestall the repairs as well as an estimate of what the comprehensive repair would cost. This information makes it possible for me to make a good evaluation of expected repair costs in the future."

"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."
