"Aaron Lenker add Corbin Gillichbauer of Groundworks leveled concrete walks around my corner lot in Montoursville Pa. They arrived around noon time and were finished about 5 1/2 hours later. They did their work very professionally. They did an excellent job. I would rate their work 5 of 5 stars."

"Marbin and his workers were great. I changed the date three times and they accommodated me without a problem. They were friendly, polite, and moved everything I needed moved. They handled everything with care and did not break anything. He brings his own tools and disassembles what is needed. I highly recommend this company."

"Marcos and his crew redid my back patio by pitching it away from the house so water would drain . He also added on to the patio using both my pavers and additional ones . He used Belgian blocks as an edge. Most importantly, he fit pieces perfectly around areas which could not use a whole paver. Magnificent job all around."

"Jamie was prompt and professional. He is a master with the excavator, and clearly understands both the art and the science of his profession. We hired Jamie to remove some stumps and do some grading in our back yard, and he exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Jamie to anyone, and we will definitely use his services again in the future. He is an honest contractor and does a great job. His pricing is fair."

"Kevin Kennedy conducted a walk-through assessment of the cracks and made a recommendation for the required work.  The repair crew did the work a few weeks later.  The crew was punctual, friendly, and very professional.  The repaired cracks look great and I'm very pleased with the service and the result.

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in New Milford, CT

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
