"In a word - Spectacularly‼️??❤️ The company owner, Phillip Osoria and his entire crew are all pros at what they do. They also really seem to enjoy working with each other as they talk, joke and laugh with each other all the while keeping the efficiency and quality of their work superb. During the preparation phase they moved and covered all necessary furniture, equipment and other items. At the end of each day they always cleaned up and removed their equipment. At the end of the job all items that had been moved/covered were returned to their original places. We have a 2,700 sq ft single story home in Covington and had the home built 24 years ago by a very well respected builder. The original painting looked good but we must say that the job Northshore just completed looks much better, something we weren’t expecting. The rooms painted were foyer, great room, hallway, dining room, kitchen/breakfast area and the master bedroom & bath. There was a fair amount of drywall repair needed mainly to cover holes where no longer needed items had been mounted to the wall. Three or four places were as large as a double or triple light switch plate and now you would never know that anything had been there - really amazing! And, as with any 24 year old home there were the normal ceiling and crown molding hairline cracks, but not anymore. Finally, we got quotes from 2 other highly rated (but not as high as Northshore) Angie’s List contractors and Northshore’s quote was $1,000 to $2,000 lower. Northshore’s quote was also within $25 of what the insurance adjuster’s written estimate showed. Go with Phillip and Northshore. You won’t be disappointed??"

"We had a couple of companies give us quotes to paint the trim, porch floors and ceilings, ironwork, and reglaze the windows on our 100 year old house, garage, and guest house. Mr Felix and Diamond House Painting had excellent reviews. He was the first guy I talked to and I liked him right away, but doing my due diligence I went ahead and met the other reps. Once we got the quotes in, the choice was obvious. I would have gone with them anyway but they were also the best price by far. They carefully washed and sanded the areas to be painted. We have a stucco house where the color is part of the material, and that part didn't need any work, but the paint on the trim was flaking off so it needed a lot of attention. This was during the record heat wave too and they still came every day and began at 8am sharp. They cleaned up after themselves every day. We have a guest house and kept the doors unlocked and the AC on, told them to please use it to cool off and not rush through the day and they really appreciated it. I am so glad we could offer that because we both work from home and it kind made us feel guilty sitting inside while they were out there sweating their butts off. They sanded off the outer layer to break the seal so the primer would stick better. Then they removed all the flaky debris and finally washed the areas. Then they primed and caulked anything needing sealing, and did some non-structural repairs to the columns and replaced old cracked window glazing. After that they hand brushed on two coats of paint. They also did maintenence work on the wrought iron and coated it with 2 coats of enamel. They even pressure washed the driveway to remove any flecks of paint that they may have dropped since the driveway runs down the length of the house. Overall very pleasant people to have around for the duration of the project, and extremely happy with the work. This paint job will last for years and years."

"We have had Mike Saulino and his crew do work on our rental home. 1. He responds immediately when you contact him. 2. He will schedule within a day or so to look at the job. 3. He provides a written estimate shortly after the site visit and then upon your agreement, he schedules the work and starts all preliminary set-up. His team arrived promptly at 8:30am and started the job. They were polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. This was a big job, as we were getting ready to rent the house back out within a few days. They did some outside repairs as well as inside, including soffits, fascia, siding, tile, sheetrock, carpentry work as well as some landscaping. We also had them replace some deck boards.
