"Mr. Karl came for my job as appointed, promptly, in the Spring of 2024. He listened to my request for help cleaning up my pool to begin swimming for the season, then cleaned the pool of the debris I had experienced trouble vacuuming up, to that point. He was businesslike, polite, and helpful in getting my pool better under control. Now I would like to hire Mr. Karl to finish the job of vacuuming out the pool to cover it for the winter. I have a new pool cover of the correct size, but I am experiencing difficulty vacuuming out the last of the leaves and floc before covering the pool. We would appreciate a call ASAP at (504) 833-2333, or an email to fongclub@bellsouth.net, to set an appointment for this final phase of leaf removal. I will telephone in the next day or two, to find out when Mr. Karl will be able to do this. Thank you so much for your help."
