We were thinking about having our previous deck reskinned, since it seemed quite sturdy, but the previous composite decking had failed. The cost to rebuild was not considerably more than the reskin cost, plus with the rebuild, we have a lifetime warranty. Craig and Tyler did a great job (along with the other guys that were there to help periodically) and they both are very hard workers and really care about the quality of their work. Our new deck is very well constructed, solid and looks great! "Indy's Best Exteriors, Inc. (IBE) recently replaced an old rotting treated wood deck at our daughters home and did a superb job in a timely manner. IBE owner, Shane Diebel was proactive in providing a reasonable comprehensive estimate with appropriate contingencies, no-cost post-installation repair guarantee, and a projected start date. Extensive deterioration of the original hidden support footings was found upon demolition of the original deck that required additional material and labor to correct. This extra effort was provided for a reasonable charge as detailed in the original contract. The IBE crew completed the deck construction in three days, hauled away the demolition debris, and left the work site clean and in order. This project experience with IBE provided real value with an excellent work product at a reasonable price, responsive communication, and respect for our property.
