"It went well. We had to contact them to get scheduled even though the advertisement through Angie's list said they would get back to us by Thursday after we purchased the service. He repaired the bricks and replaced the inside flu at the top. He is very knowledgeable and very good at what he does. "John was very thorough and helpful. He came out on a Saturday to look at everything (on very short notice) and came back on Sunday to do the sweep and fix our cap. He is very honest and didn't make us do any unnecessary sweeps or replace our chimney cap that was damaged. He fixed the chimney cap instead, saving us money. He even replaced our broken light bulb in our flood light as he was up on the roof anyhow. He showed up when he said he would and notified us via text when he was on his way. Great communication.
