"Kevin and his team did a great job - the front of my house is transformed. They demolished an existing brick stoop and replaced it with a small deck, which looks great. They also repaired and repointed brick steps leading down to the sidewalk. I had talked to a few other contractors previously and had a kind of vision of what I wanted. Kevin was able to make it a reality. They worked quickly (without rushing), neatly, and conscientiously, always consulting me on the small details as these came up. The job was permitted, being in the City of Newburgh, and Kevin also took care of that so there was no stress for me. I recommend him unreservedly."

In another house adjacent, Joe Rossi removed a crumbling stone porch and replaced it with a new stone porch/ steps, with a sturdy metal railing around, getting my property more curb cred.
