I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"As expected.  The company came out, cleaned our air ducts as advertised in the coupon.  They were able to sell us on having all our registers cleaned for a surcharge (the coupon was only for a certain number of registers).  
I was pleased with the job they did.  
I say that I would not use them again not because I have a problem with the company--they did a fine job.  I'm just not sure having my air ducts professionally cleaned is worth it.  I can probably stick my vacuum down there myself."

"The concrete work was completed first. We initially had some issues with the City of Greenwood and there were some delays that were not the contractor's fault. Eventually the work was completed and I couldn't be happier with the new driveway and sidewalk, and back patio. A few weeks later, ABPR came out and completed the screen enclosure in one day and I was so happy with how it looks. Both groups did a great job and neighbors were coming up to them asking to get their information."

"With living in an older house nothing can ever be easy, the pipe from the kitchen sink was not where it was thought to be but about 3 feet over in another wall.  After cutting a hole in the back wall of the cabinet he had to take some paneling off the wall and cut the drywall out to access the actual pipe that was leaking.  He did a great job in cleaning up and explaining what had happened and we were glad we found it now rather than later as it could have been a huge problem if gone unattended.  He recommended things to take care of the damp wood that had been leaked on before wall is put back on.  I will get this taken care of.  They were very responsive to the call first thing Monday morning and luckily were able to get the job done same day.
