"I checked with three other companies and US Water impressed me with their knowledge and punctuality. Also their ability to come down a bit on the price was a help. I was trying to remove a large amount of rust from my system as well as get a functioning water softener. The technician was on time and friendly. Once the old water softner was removed, things started to get a little more complicated as the piping back to the pressure tank was rotted, as well as the pressure tank itself. A hurried trip to the plumbing store was needed to ensure I had water for the evening. The owner and I discussed the cost of this additional repair, and we agreed to worry about it after the repair was complete. Installation was halted after the pressure tank and new lines where run because it was 8PM. They agreed to come back in the morning to finish the installation of the rest of the system. The next day they showed up on time and finished installing everything. They cleaned up after themselves and explained the whole process and how it all worked. When we went to settle the final bill, we agreed to split the cost of the new pressure tank and parts, with the labor being thrown in for free. I ended up with a new pressure tank and piping for $100 which is cheaper than I could have done it myself. Since then the system has functioned flawlessly, and there is no more rust in the water. "They were called by our general contractor to do 2 plumbing fixes on our job, reattach our fixed master shower drain and replaced a small section of leaking PVC pipe. They were done in 20 minutes and said they were paid for an hour by the contractor and asked if we had any other issues.  I grabbed the kitchen sink drain we had bought 6 months ago and he put that it (which turned into a bit of a fight), then he attached a new stopper in our master bath sink, and diagnosed our guest bath sink's drain and told me what needed to be replaced and how (which I then did).  None of which we'd expected.
