"I needed to add an electrical outlet in my apartment. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and we were able to get a ballpark quote without a consultation. While we were quickly able to schedule an appointment, getting a certificate of insurance for my building was a bit of a pain. I imagine this company does COIs all the time but the woman I spoke to kept asking me to send over my building's template when I was giving her the management company's information for their insurance template. Once that was resolved we scheduled a window from 2-5P on a weekday. I took the afternoon off from work, but the workers did not come until after 5. I was given a heads up at 4:45 that they were running late, but I still found the lateness frustrating. Once the team arrived they did not have the four socket outlet I needed so instead of adding one larger outlet I had to add two. One of the outlets casing is cracked, but I only noticed after they left. Due to the fact that they were late, it was after-hours once the job was completed. I wanted to pay cash, so the electrician called his boss for the cost. I couldn't get an itemized quote for the work completed and the invoice i received was not itemized either so I'm not sure if the price I paid was fair, as I was quoted $75/hr, driving fee to my Upper Manhattan apartment, plus a materials cost. Overall, the workers were courteous, clean and fast. I only wish they had been on time and had the right materials for my job, and that I could have gotten an itemized bill of services."

Originally he came to fix a ceiling fan as well but he said the sound is from the motor so we left it alone. His work was good but price is definitely the higher side."
