I called very late in the year (late Nov) with a leak on a 20 year old roof that was getting towards the end of its life and they went the extra mile to come right out for an assessment and quick repair as that time of year it's usually tough to get a job like that done on short notice. I decide to be proactive and get on their spring schedule for a full replacement and they ended up squeezing me in a few weeks later as weather had cooperated. We obtained several estimates, On Top was the only company that actually climbed up on a ladder to really look at the area of concern and where work needed to be done during the estimate. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."

I didn't know the name had been changed to "Newton Roofing Residential", and was under new management/ownership.I called and Mr. Melo answered right away. I explained the problem. He personally came to inspect the following day. I had feared a new roof might be needed, but he explained the damage was likely caused by a damaged (perforated) shingle. One of his crew came out 2 days later and replaced the shingle. The price was reasonable. I also noted another shingle that lifted, due to a "nail-pop". This, a relatively minor matter, was repaired at no extra charge. I cant' recommend Newton Roofing Residential strongly enough. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and polite. Mr. Melo took the time to explain matters to me in detail. I will certainly be using them for roofing matters in future,"

They completed the repair efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. We had some spare shingles left over from when the roof was put on originally, and they were able to save us money by using the materials we had. "Perfect experience. Claimed an Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. Joe called within the hour and got me on their schedule on the same day. Guys arrived promptly and thoroughly cleaned all of our gutters. There is a steep hill on one side of our house which has prevented other gutter cleaning companies from getting to the gutter over that area, but Joe's crew got up on the roof and cleaned that area, too. They cleaned up well afterwards, as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely have them back in the fall."
