She would send her BEST man for the job. And that he was, Mr. Pedro Favela. Very Polite and respectful. Not only did he correct programming on sprinkler system, he check each zone, and found my rot board on my new fence covered a zone. YIKES! No wonder my grass has been dying. No hidden fees, no service charge, and quote never changed when Pedro finished the work!! $80.00 ..This is not a typo..$80.00. I will never again use that high priced sprinkler service i've had for 15 years. From now on its CAPS Sprinkler System!!!!! Ronnie J."

"Cesar and Carlos are the BEST! I have used their services multiple times. Installation of drainage system in back yard, flowerbed reconstruction, paver blocks installed for 4 beds in back including fresh dirt and plants. They also created a paver patio and did same for my front porch. I recently called then to correct blunders left by a tree service that destroyed my yard. They cleaned up the mess, created block borders fir 3 more beds, trinmed my large oak tree in front, and placed sand in holes left in yard by other group. They are timely, communicative, do great work, and leave not a trace behind. I would recommend them for ANY outside yard service you need! A+ company!!"

"I used this company last year for a septic issue. I reviewed this company and two others on Angie's List. All three companies had really good reviews. The estimate from Milton Frank Plumbing and Cooling was completed by Clint. The estimate was very detailed and focused on a quality system and making sure the work was done properly and looked good once completed. I really liked that they did not constantly try to upsale but did offer options if I wanted them. The bid was not only the most detailed but they also beat the price on the other two companies. Once I selected Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling for the job the install date was scheduled the next Tuesday. The crew showed up at 9am to start replacing the system and to clean up the poor install of my other system so both systems would look the same outside the house once finished. The crew laid down linen cloth throughout the house to prevent any scratches to the wooden floors. At the end of the install the thermostat was not working properly and they suggested a new thermostat was needed. Instead of trying to upsale me on replacing a new thermostat the crew waited for me to run to Home Depot to grab a new thermostat and installed it for me before completing the job at 7:30pm last night. What else can I say, I am very impressed with this company. They treat you like you should be treated. I will be using this company for any other services I can for my house in the future."

"First visit, 5/30/13, middle aerobic tank lid collapsed; 2nd visit, 7/17/13, installed new septic lid casting; located missing sprinkler system zone valve box, repairs valve; will return to set riser (missing) and backfill tank; 3rd visit, 8/22: backfilled middle tank, brought wrong riser; repositioned aerobic air pump to eliminate noisy banging on house underpinning; sometime in late October, repair was completed.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />| <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />|I am happy with the careful way the owner worked with me to determine a low-cost way to address my repair problem, with the quality of the work that was done, and with the extra sprinkler system work that was done at no extra charge.  Although there was a remarkable set of delays in completion, the septic system was operable the entire time, and the cost savings made the trade off well worthwhile.  I will call SLI Systems again when I need sprinkler or septic repairs."

"Matt at Riverside gets our highest rating for quality and service. He personally was on site with his crew who did an outstanding job of leveling and installing a beautiful retaining wall on a steep slope off the garage landing area, he installed new fill behind the wall, constructed the wall for water drainage and sodded the flat area held up by the wall. Also our home is heavily wooded and hilly and so post construction there were needed dirt work to direct and fix the drainage routes. The erosion control netting protected the new grass seeds from washing away and now the area looks great. The price was remarkably good. I will continue to hire Riverside Landscaping for all our future needs, no hesitation and highly recommend their work."
