Their team came on time, and removed old system. Installed new system, and re routed system lines better than previous installer at no cost. Even insulated exterior lines and added additional protection for them. Leveled the compressor. And installed a better humidifier. All while in these trying times? Social distancing was maintained even when they walked me through the set up my Nest Thermostat, and system training. Face masks and gloves. Work area was clean and neat after they were done. We are so pleased with how GAC handled our job. Oh, and all the extra work they did? No additional cost for me. Part of the contract they offered me."

A few things really stood out. 1) He did a furnace flue piper install that he could have charged us much more for if he had wanted to take advantage of us - but he was honest and we paid less than we feared. He also went the extra mile helping my wife and I through a warranty claim with the furnace company so that we did not have to pay extra part costs. It was an unexpected need, but he was prepared with the part and worked with the manufacturer to get us covered. He was even able to better a previous repair. 2) On a home humidifier install, he made himself available on short notice, took time to answer our questions, and then showed us how to maintain the equipment ourselves so we wouldn't need to shelve out more for additional contracting work - even from him. Plumber was very courteous, professional, and helpful with advice. No complaints - work is guaranteed. Only downside: price for the water heater itself was high - could have bought comparable unit much cheaper at HD or Sears, but would then have needed to have it delivered and installed by the plumber anyway. Their work is was very good, which was most important and we would definitely use them again."
