It has been a few months since completion, and it is nice to have peace of mind that our plumbing, fixtures, and appliances are protected by some of the best equipment on the market."

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

As the old windows they were removing were in very poor shape and were rotted in areas, it wasn't as simple as some installations may be, but they were able to replace the windows efficiently with great results. He installed a light fixture for us when it was not part of the original job ( for a very reasonable charge ). There were a couple of spots that could have been sanded better.
