"Excellent customer service and extremely professional. Only complaint is a $435.00 charge to replace a $120.00 garbage disposal. The removal of old disposal and installation of new disposal took one hour. Three year warranty for the new disposal so I presume that could increase the cost of the part up to $160.00 or so, leaving an estimated labor charge of $275.00 for one hour. I would have given five stars if total was between $300 and $350. That was the general estimate when I googled the plumbing cost to replace a similar unit with labor cost. I would recommend but just be prepared to pay a little extra."

"The plumbing technician, Eddie Cook, did an excellent job - troubleshooting and finding a leak in the flexible hose in our kitchen faucet; identifying our options for replacement/repair; taking photos and removing the hose to find a part number; working with his parts person to find the correct part; driving to Lowe's to get the part; and installing the part and testing to make sure the leak was fixed. He was very professional and competent."

They were prompt, they were prepared for COVID, they also put drop cloths down so that they wouldn't dirty the carpet! They took extra care not to mess up the yard by putting down plywood too. They were efficient and did a marvelous job. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again! One of my neighbors used them for indoor bathroom plumbing repair and said the same thing. They are also reasonably priced!"
