"AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. "Beautiful job! The kitchen counters have nevaska granite, and perla venata quartzite for the kitchen bar. Went in one Saturday, founds the ones we liked, took samples home to test for staining, etching, scratches - both passed with flying colors. Went back the next Saturday to pick our slabs, they came and measured, went back for placement on the stone and they installed the following Friday. They were in and out in a little over 2 hours. Very nice bunch of guys who did a beautiful job, didn't break or ruin anything - it was a pleasure to have a job run smooth and everything look better than when they came. We love the new stone, it looks like we have a bigger kitchen and the stone is so beautiful - we couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend KOL - they have an extensive selection, will answer ALL the questions you may have, and do a wonderful installation."
