"I am posting this review again because I don’t know if it got posted and I wanted to say that our family is absolutely thrilled with the work that Todd and his team did on our basement!!!! We recently moved into a new house and needed a large, 1500 square foot basement finished. Todd helped design the perfect space which includes a separate room with a walk in closet, a full bath with tiled walls and floors and even a hide away play area for our kids!! The lighting and fixtures were great too!! We trusted Todd the whole way through and he did not disappoint one bit!! We didn’t have any problems or disagreements during the entire project!! We love it so much and our kids are already playing in the big open room!! Thanks again Todd and team for making our home even more beautiful and for completing the project on time!! Our biggest priorities were quality work that we could trust was done right (no cutting corners) and timely completion of the project (no disappearing contractor horror stories), and that is what we got with Buckeye Basements. They presented us with a timeline at the beginning and it was accurate throughout the project, even ending a few days early. This helped us know exactly what to expect, when payments were due, and what days we needed to have decisions made such as paint colors. The crews were professional and kept a clean worksite. We would highly recommend them to family and friends!"

"I just had a fiberglass patio awning replaced with a metal one from The Patio Room Factory. The original covering was very old and dirty, but I wanted the wooden framing left intact. The install and finished product were even better than I had expected. It looks great and the company was very easy to work with. Mark Yates, the sales rep, was always accessible whenever I had a question and they even postponed the install scheduled for last fall till spring because of an unexpected surgery I needed. I would recommend this company and know you would be pleased with any work you might need done by them!"

The office staff was responsive, and they provided a custom design that met our needs, particularly with the window options and slope of the roofline. The crew paid attention to details and adjusted well to the challenges that popped up along the way. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the site was kept clean throughout the project."

"Company was great from start to finish. I had great communication with them along the way and they came out a couple times before we decided on what type of deck to accommodate both my wife and I’s time tables. The project was supposed to start about 2 weeks out from when we signed the contract but they called us and asked if they could do it earlier which was even better so they came out in less than a week and did the job. It turned out great. The deck looks awesome, the sunroom finally matches the house color and the new windows to the basement are secure. I’d hire them again."

"Complete kitchen remodel (cabinets, counters, sink/fixtures, adding electrical) and flooring replacement on 1st floor; new half bath vanity, top and faucet; outstanding customer support and attention to detail and quality by this team. They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. I would not hesitate to use their services again."
