"Tommy came on a Monday to install a replacement part in my 20-year-old Moen faucet. The company had sent me the repair kit, free. Tommy was not able to make the repair. I agreed to buy another faucet at Home Depot, and he would come back on Thursday to install it. On Thursday, he found that one of the parts of the new faucet was defective. Tommy said he would try to get a part to replace the defective one and complete the installation. I could use the faucet, but it was not securely attached to the sink. The following Monday, he brought a replacement part, but it was the wrong one. Finally, on Friday he brought a part that fit, and finished the installation. It seems as though the process was more problem-filled than one would expect, but Tommy followed up and completed the project to my satisfaction. He did not charge me for more than one trip to my house, even though he made four trips. The cost was $99 for the installation and $33 for parts"

"I purchased $200.00 of plumbing service for $79.00 (special). I needed new fixtures installed for a leaking bathtub faucet, which I provided. 2 associates of Dublin Plumbing arrived at the scheduled time on Tuesday, 3/2916. They walked into the bathroom and exited. One asked if "Jim" had called me to let me know they would need to cut a hole in the hall wall in order to replace the fixtures. I advised that no one had called me even though my number is listed on this account and I had also provided my husband's number in case there were any questions, etc. We were not prepared for holes in the wall at that time and decided that perhaps we should just replace the 29 year old bathtub, surrounds and fixtures. The associates were very helpful in letting us know what we would need to purchase in order for them (Dublin Plumbing) to replace everything. My husband asked for an estimate. Jim was called and we were informed it would be approximately $800.00-$1,000.00 labor. Since we had paid for $200.00 worth of labor, we asked if this would be deducted from the actual labor cost and were informed it was highly unlikely. So, basically, we paid $79.00 for $200.00 of labor and received nothing but some advice. If Jim had called us beforehand and asked about access to the plumbing, we would have canceled the appointment. No one called and we paid in advance. It is doubtful I will use Angie's List in the future and we haven't decided on Dublin Plumbing yet.

"I bought the new one myself, but it’s not always easy to install, and the guy was here to fix the upstairs bathroom drain needed to be fixed, so I had him do it. I get what I pay for, and they did a good job."

"Gary and his partner, Forest, were very pleasant to work with. Gary is very professional and can do almost any project. I was building a  kitchen in a former dining room in my 1915 house and needed to remove two windows to make room for the new cabinets. Gary and Forest removed the windows, boarded up the openings, replaced the cedar siding outside, and painted the new boards so that you couldn't tell windows had ever been there. Insulation and sheetrock were installed and taped. I did the painting to save money. They arrived when they said they would and Gary always called if there was a delay. They installed new wiring for the refrigerator, stove, microwave, two switches and 5 can lights, plus installed the cans. Adjusted the circuits in the electrical panel to accommodate the new wiring and installed under counter lighting. 
In January, 2014, Gary built a beautiful corner window bench with storage for me and installed it in the kitchen, replaced old knob and tube wiring in the upstairs, added an outlet in the bathroom, removed old toilet and vanity, installed new vanity and toilet, and installed light fixture. 
I consider Gary the very finest contractor I could have found. He listens to my suggestions, is very amenable to any changes, patiently answers my questions, and makes suggestions if he thinks something may not be feasible or cost effective. I already have a list of future projects waiting for Gary to handle. Anyone hiring him will be very pleased with the whole experience and his costs are very reasonable.

"I purchased a toilet tune-up repair deal because I had a flapper that was bad and the flushing handle wasn't working properly.  Clive came and adjusted it so it would flush properly and replaced the flapper.  He then did a whole house inspection on the plumbing and pointed out one thing that he suggested we have done, but it wasn't an anything I had to do right away.  He was on time and very pleasant.

"We purchased a bank owned home in February and the general contractor was contracted to repair the plumbing and that didn't happen. We had leaks inside the walls, missing fixtures on the shower and bathtub, a leaking disposal on the wrong side of a double sink in the kitchen, and broken and clogged drain lines going from the house to the main sewage line. It was a lot of work. The technician was kind and assured me that he would be able to address all of our concerns with no problems. Having already paid for this work once i was very concerned and watched their work very closely. 
After a long hot day all of the work was completed and i was pleased with the cleanliness and professional courtesy my wife and i were addressed with. I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing my review to make sure that we didn't have any additional problems out of their work, and i'm happy to say we haven't. it's hard to find good contractors which is why we are all here. Summers exceeded our expectations in quality and price.

"Ron power washed the algae from my house, pergola, and deck. Then he painted the shutters, pergola and deck. He even came back and put a second coat on the deck floor because he thought it looked a bit spotty. He fixed a bit of rotting wood as well. All in all a good job."
