The only thing that stood out to me was when he went to seal the tiles, his sealing apparatus was leaking. He said he would not be able to seal the tile because of that and he gave me a credit. I had to insist that they seal it because that was the reason I wanted the job done. He did seal it by hand. They were on time."

"They are expensive. I was using them twice a year, then I had a light beige carpet and they were telling me they could not get it clean and a whole bunch of monkey stuff. I would never have them back. The last time they were here it was almost like dirty water going back in the carpet. I think all service companies could do a follow up phone call to see if we are satisfied. Prior to this the quality was good, that one experience just sours me. They did what they had to do in a half ass way. Then they told me my carpet was not good carpet. "The package includes 2 or 3 future cleans. They cleaned off a whole carpet this time, and we bought an additional 2 room cleaning. I thought they were very professional. They were punctual, they came in and did exactly what they said they would do, plus they did additional work. In our actual order, we did not ask for our couch and chairs to be done, and they were here and they did it, instead of us making another appointment. They were timely, and they suggested extra cleaning products because we have animals. It was an all around good experience."

"Brian and his son Toby did an excellent job.  They handled a difficult demo of the ceramic tile and sub-floor in our kitchen (lots of staples to remove) and did it carefully and neatly.  They covered the cabinets, center island, and doorways with plastic to reduce the dust.  It was a back breaking job but they did it in 2 days.  They then replaced the ceramic tile with a solid wood floor that we had purchased.  Brian and Toby re-painted our trim and replaced the shoe mold.  Afterward, they cleaned up perfectly.  The entire project took about 4-1/2 days as expected.  They worked around us and our 4 kids.  One afternoon, they even cleaned up and locked the house before they left as we had something to go to with our kids.  They are very reliable and honest.  We could tell that Brian is a carpenter by trade because of the care he took with the wood floor installation.  Brian and Toby take pride in their work and want the customer to be satisfied with the finished product.  We will definitely call them again for any future carpentry projects. Our new wood floor is absolutely beautiful! <br />"
