"I have had a great experience working with Home Genius Exteriors to replace my roof. Sameh was very nice, thorough, and helpful explaining my options without pressure. Tyler has been a great project manager making sure that I was happy with their work. Both of these guys have made themselves available on weekends and after hours to answer all of my questions. The roofers were friendly hard working guys who obviously take pride in their work. They arrived promptly at 7 am each day, did a great job, and cleaned up everything when they finished. They even trimmed a couple branches for me that I couldn't reach and repaired a loose beam in my attic that Sameh discovered during the initial inspection that I didn't know was loose, at no extra charge. I love our new roof! Next month I'm having them tear off our old wood siding and replacing it with new Fiber Cement siding. I can't wait! This is a completely honest review from a very happy customer!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Lou came out and walked us through the process & were able to design what we were looking for. From design to install we were totally pleased with the process. "Showed up on time and completed on time. The only trouble was whoever did the tiny side roof split my siding. When this was pointed out to Chris he returned the next day and replace the siding."

"This was not a great customer service experience. The first visit by their sales rep was odd. He arrived without a ladder and asked if we had one. What? The Angie's List big deal was for blowing insulation in the attic. If the need was to get in the attic why would one not have been brought. The man stood on one of our dining room chairs and looked at just a label on the attic door.  He tried to tell us we didn't need it as if he was trying to talk us out of it.  The man said someone who would call that day to set up the appointment. That did not happen. My husband had to call them.  We set up an appt two weeks out and the day before at 4pm they called to ask if they could move it to the next week as they could not get to all the homes that they had sold to.  I explained to the woman I wasn't happy and she reminded me that it was a good deal. Regardless of a good deal or not they were not providing good service We were not pleased but had no choice so moved to Monday at 8am. Monday 8am no one came or called.  I called them around 11am and was told the truck was delayed and they would be there today and offered 3 or 4pm.  I told the owner it was unacceptable to have an appt at 8 am and have no one call or show up. He agreed and reminded me that I was getting a good deal. I told him he was missing the point. He agreed to the deal with Angie's List per his own admission to help his scores with Angie's list; however not making appointments, not calling, rescheduling an appt at the last minute that was scheduled for two weeks and overall overpromising and underdelivering was not a great experience. He told me they'd get the job done that day and make sure it was done to my satisfaction. The team that came were fine, quick and professional. My husband was happy with that part. I received a call from the office staff "because Steve told me to call and tell you the job was done".  This company COULD be a lot better if they would get organized, focus on the customer, not over promise and obtain an office staff that is informed and trained on customer issues. The Deal was great. The Service and follow through was not.
