"Cody came out promptly, he was very professional and knowledgeable in doing the job. The cost was reasonable for the job and he did more than a Perfect 5 Star rating. "We had another plumbing company come out due to a leak. Rather than do any diagnostics, they just replaced the pressure valve. It still leaked. I called the next Monday and was told oh, you need a new water heater. Johnny Gavilan from Preferred Home Services checked a couple things and found our expansion tank was bad. He did warn us there still could be a problem with the water heater but at least he checked first. If we need the water heater replaced, our expansion tank will be new!"

"There was water leaking from my intake valve  on my hot water heater.      I called and made an appointment, but it wouldn't be for 2days.     When I told him  that I didn't have any hot water - he then told me that   he would    to come after he was done for the day . By 6:30  he was here.  Changed the valve  and made sure all was good and was gone within 30mins.     Great  service!  He was VERY knowledgeable and nice.   VERY HAPPY!!!

"Put in a tankless gas water heater, very happy!"

"The water heater didn't work because the wires inside had short circuited.  He never took the faceplate off to see the issue.  I ended up paying an additional $125 to a plumber to fix the electrical problem.

"Bryan was highly professional and very knowledgeable. He’s a master at what he does. He’s friendly, courteous, and timely. He explained what needed to be done and completed the job the next day. He gave me a competitive price and the job was professional and he cleaned up when he was done. I’m going to use him to install a tankless water heater next week and highly recommend his services. He truly knows his craft and is customer oriented."

"Busted water main was fixed in a very timely manner they showed up on time"

"Excellent.. couldn’t have asked for better service.."

"Everything is good, they were early they completed the project quickly."

"I was very pleased with the work. They gave me a price over the phone to purchase and install the toilet and they lived up to that price. They did an additional unstopping of my upstairs sink which they had previously repaired at no charge. Two men came out and finished the work in a reasonable length of time. They go right to work and I was very pleased."
