He came recommended by our architect, and we hired Dave to build our custom 3br, 3ba modern home in the woods of Woodstock, NY. He was head and shoulders above the other contractors we interviewed in terms of thoroughness, communication, availability and ease of collaboration. The home he built was within 5% of our agreed-upon budget (and that 5% wasn't even his fault — it was unknowable site complications) and we did it 3-months faster than anyone else quoted us was possible. Dave navigated massive supply chain issues without a single delay to the project through his organization and foresight. But more importantly, our home is beautiful and Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with. I simply cannot sing his praises any higher (and have recommended him to 3 different friends since)"

He also replaced rotted siding on our barn, fixed some significant structural defects and stained it. A nice job and finished in a timely fashion. Anton was here supervising the job all the time. "Inson worked with us on our home in the Hamptons and house in San Francisco. He brings an extraordinary combination of very high end style personalized for our tastes; access to special deals from the most elite and sought after designers; and a sense of working within the budget you have in mind. We were able to get museum quality pieces for both homes at unbelieveable discounts. Inson also continues to provide important follow up services as needed. For example, we had a fabric issue with our 40 outdoor chairs that developed after the warranty. The cost to change would have been tens of thousands of dollars but the manufacturer handle the out of warranty issue at no cost to us, which I believe was due to inson’s relationship and advocacy on our behalf. He’s terrific."

We had began building our dream home with a different contractor who really took advantage of us.. multiple projects left unfinished timeline was continuously pushed back and way over budget. After OVER A YEAR We fired them and within a week Anton came to the rescue! He Gave us step by step breakdown of what he was doing how much it cost and hit every single timeline projection. He finished all unfinished work from the previous contractor ( there were a lot ) and he picked up on things they missed. He gave us a price and timeline and got it DONE!
