"The plumbers arrived promptly around 10am. Work was needed at the outdoor well before they could start working on the old water system indoors. They continued working on installing my new water tank till 6:30pm. Some plumbers arrived to help finish the job. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. I could not have asked for a better team of gentlemen. I did have to call the following day for assistance. The water was running very slow. Kovella Plumbing sent out another plumber very quickly to correct the problem. The water filter had to be replaced again causing the slow water flow. I have two small negatives: The plumber did not go over what was accomplished. I had to ask what I need to do with turning valves on or off and if there's a sequence of steps. The other is they did not suggest what payment options I had. I had to ask if they had a payment plan. Once I asked these questions they were helpful explaining. All in all I give them a 5.
