Rob was very prompt in returning emails and phone calls  -  always professional and cordial, he made sure to keep me updated each step of the way - something I don't always get from service providers. 
I love my new carpeting!  Rob and his associate had the carpet installed and vacuumed and furniture put back in about 5 hours.
