He got to our house at 8:45, surveyed the damage, determined what materials would be required, and left to get materials. It turned out that ten-foot steel posts were not readily available at the home improvement stores. He called twice to assure me that he was still looking for posts and had not abandoned me. He returned about 12:30. I thought there was no way one person could finish the project by the end of the day, but I was wrong. He did an excellent job, removed all the scrap pieces, and was finished by 4:45 PM. Mark did the exact task that I had wanted and saved me a substantial amount of money. Mark does work outside of Cedar Park. I will not hesitate to call on him again for my maintenance, repair, and renovation projects. I heartily recommend him to anyone in need of a handyman. Mark knows how to fix it."
