"Tom spent time going through the three different projects and explaining exactly how he would do them and in the case of the house painting, he pointed out additional things he would include. He provided the estimates at that time, but later hand delivered the prepared proposals and followed up with a phone call to find out my decision. The three proposals described in detail how the project would be done and the materials used. His prices on the driveway were very good, but higher on the house painting. I went with another driveway contractor who specialized in interlocking pavers for about the same price as the concrete on Tom's. I chose another painting contractor who was $1100 to $1600 less than Tom and who also included several additional items."

They recently finished our 8-unit homeowners associated town home in Redondo Beach and did an excellent job. Michael is a pleasure to work with and spent a lot of time with us in selecting the design and model of windows that were right for the project. He started with reviewing all the various manufacturers, models and style to make sure we selected the right product. He was very willing to work with us on price and installation time frame with his ultimate aim being happiness that we got the right product and the right job done the first time. They could install all 12 units, approximately 70 windows in 7 days, including setup, removal of old windows, installation and clean up.
