"William was prompt, courteous, and professional. Install of large a/c window unit went very well and looks fantastic. Old unit was disposed of along with cleaning up any debri. Also prior to leaving repaired a shed door handle no questions asked. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to use again in the future."

"Condo was vacant so this should've been an easy job.  They had to come back a couple of times to do missed work such as nail pops and cracks.  After they got the contract and started the job, charged extra to paint the inside of the pantry which should've been included since all closets were included.  Took our key ring and didn't return it.

"I gave an A rating, despite some bumps on the scheduling. The A rating was earned by Danny and the work he did to get the various new light fixtures installed, both inside and outside. We have more fixtures to be installed, and we will have Danny back to finish the job."

"Eric was prompt, curtious, and exp as ined the options snd cost. Repaired the unit in quickly. We are pleased to have a cool house once again tganks to Centra-Spike and Eric."

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."

"Tony, my HVAC technician, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. From the initial estimate to the final installation. He replaced both the indoor and outdoor units, vacuumed down the lines and made sure the new system was running perfectly. He was respectful of my property, cleaned up and took the time to show me how to maintain my new system. I highly recommend him and the honest and reliable service."
