The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. He was easy to reach via cell or email. The estimate was more than fair. His crew completed the job in three days. They stated that the unit needed a circuit board or perhaps after installing a circuit board it could need a new motor. We had to pay $89.00 for an for an incorrect diagnosis. As it turned out we needed a new motor and not a circuit board."
