"Everything was great from start to finish. From the office staff to installation team. Everything was seamless. They came when they said they would and produced the result I hired them for. We had multiple lawn zones and planting bed zones installed with Hunter product heads. Our water pressure was on the low side so with the advice of Joel went with a newer style mist combo rotor head to combat the pressure issues. When everything was installed and the team was cleaning up, Joel programmed the sprinkler system timer to an app on my phone and taught me how to use it. I can turn it on and off no matter where I am and can edit all settings from my office or while away on vacation. This new technology makes everything easier and more efficient. "Everything was fine, except they left a big trough of dirt where they installed the sprinkler lines in the back yard. I specifically asked about how it would look after since I was having a gathering using the back yard that weekend and wouldn't have scheduled the installation for then, but I was assured you wouldn't be able to tell they installed the lines once they were in. When I pointed it out to the manager, his didn't care and said that was normal. It may have been, but then someone should have been honest with me about it when I asked."

"The work was fantastic! Craig's team did the entire job in about 3 weeks time and there was a lot to do. We regraded our backyard as it has dips and valleys that caused large pools of water to form. He then added on a 600sq ft patio, stepping stones, gravel in our side yard landing, added sculpted beds to the outer edges, planted privacy and cherry trees and put in drainage from our home to the yard to help with any excess water issues. I can't say enough about how wonderfully the work turned out. We love our backyard!"

"I was having  a problem with water leaking out into the yard from an unknown source. Called several companies (I open the system myself) who said it was probably a defective valve or leaking manifold causing the issue. I asked for a ball park number which ranged from $200 to $325 "depending on what would have to be replaced". I called Quality Irrigation who took the time to ask specific questions on the phone. He came up with the same diagnosis but said with any luck it may be repairable without taking apart the manifold. He came out the next day, literally took the valve apart to find that a stainless steel nut was stuck in the diaphragm causing the value to slow leak and flood the yard. He reassembled the valve, boot up the system and it worked like a charm. He charged me just for his time, $85. I now have a new sprinkler service company! Thank you..."

"We arranged a day to have the work done.  Due to a rain storm, the
original day for the work to be done had to be moved on short notice. 
The communication about moving the day was via a phone call, text
message and email - which I thought was excellent. 
When the new appointment day came, the crew arrived 10 minutes early. 
Everyone introduced themselves, josh reviewed the work to be done with
me, and then with the crew.  After that the crew positioned the truck,
got out their gear and got right to work.  The trees are too big for
them to use a truck or ladders, so they used ropes to climb up into the
tree canopy (no spikes used) and started pruning and removing dead
branches.  They worked for 4 hours with no breaks, stopped for about an
hour at lunch time, then did another 2 hours.  After the trimming work,
there was a bunch of branches on the ground, which they put through
their chipper/shredder, raked up the area, and used a blower to finish. 
If you didn't know what had happened, you'd never have been able to
tell anything was previously on the lawn.
All in all - it was a quality experience.  Work was done right by a
professional crew.  Communication was excellent.  Price was fair and
reasonable.  I'd definitely be willing to hire them again."

"We'd bought a house with a yard that had been neglected for a number of years, and was overgrown with large self-seeded trees. Steve came in and was immediately more knowledgeable about the trees than the guy from Bartlett Tree Services. He was also very straightforward, listened to what I wanted, and also able to offer his thoughts on what needed to be done. He is a certified arborist.

Steve and his great, and very polite, team came in and removed 7 large trees, and then shaped and cleared up the many remaining large trees.  They also cleared up a lot of overgrown shrubs, cleared an area of weeds and vines, and trimmed down a very overgrown privet hedge to regrow. The whole process took 3 days and they left the yard immaculate (with a few remaining jobs that they are going to come back and finish off when Spring starts).

The yard now looks "park-like" in the words of a visitor who came by - it went from an untended forest to a beautiful open space, with trees that now look like specimen trees in a park.

I've been very impressed with Steve, and Paul who is Steve's backup guy in the office. Steve is very professional, pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable about all aspects of landscaping, tree care and planting. I am now continuing to work with them on ongoing projects to create my garden, including installing a deer fence, laying a formal lawn, preparing large flower beds and eventually laying a slate terrace, and new driveway (Steve is also a trained mason). In all ongoing discussions they are very open to follow my ideas, and watch my budget very carefully so I really feel like I am getting very good value and service for my money."
