We had multiple lawn zones and planting bed zones installed with Hunter product heads. "Everything was fine, except they left a big trough of dirt where they installed the sprinkler lines in the back yard. I specifically asked about how it would look after since I was having a gathering using the back yard that weekend and wouldn't have scheduled the installation for then, but I was assured you wouldn't be able to tell they installed the lines once they were in. When I pointed it out to the manager, his didn't care and said that was normal. It may have been, but then someone should have been honest with me about it when I asked."

"We had hired Craig in August 2018 to put a comprehensive drainage system in our back yard, which is still proving to be an excellent investment due to he and his team's outstanding work. When we had another drainage issue, this time in our front yard, he was our first and only choice to come take a look. We needed to figure out where an underground pipe in the front of our house was draining, since water was forming at the front corner of our property. A Roto Rooter serviceman told us that the pipe was crushed and needed to be replaced. And when I called Craig to see if he could do it, he said he wanted to take a look first. He brought a few of his team members to our house and dig some digging, both where the water was forming and where the pipe begins at the front of our house. It turned out the pipe does not go to the front of our property at all, but moves a few feet from the house and goes straight down to a dry well. Instead of charging us for labor or simply telling us Roto Rooter was right and offering to replace the pipe, Craig not only told us we could hold off on doing anything, he also didn't charge us for the labor at all. This type of integrity has been hard to find as we have done home improvements over the past few years. It's why Craig's cell phone number is the only contractor's number I've saved in my phone. We consider him a lifetime relationship, and he's the only one we will ever call for this or any type of landscaping work."

"I was having  a problem with water leaking out into the yard from an unknown source. Called several companies (I open the system myself) who said it was probably a defective valve or leaking manifold causing the issue. I asked for a ball park number which ranged from $200 to $325 "depending on what would have to be replaced". I called Quality Irrigation who took the time to ask specific questions on the phone. He came up with the same diagnosis but said with any luck it may be repairable without taking apart the manifold. He came out the next day, literally took the valve apart to find that a stainless steel nut was stuck in the diaphragm causing the value to slow leak and flood the yard. He reassembled the valve, boot up the system and it worked like a charm. He charged me just for his time, $85. I now have a new sprinkler service company! Thank you..."

"We arranged a day to have the work done.  Due to a rain storm, the
original day for the work to be done had to be moved on short notice. 
The communication about moving the day was via a phone call, text
message and email - which I thought was excellent. 
When the new appointment day came, the crew arrived 10 minutes early. 
Everyone introduced themselves, josh reviewed the work to be done with
me, and then with the crew.  After that the crew positioned the truck,
got out their gear and got right to work.  The trees are too big for
them to use a truck or ladders, so they used ropes to climb up into the
tree canopy (no spikes used) and started pruning and removing dead
branches.  They worked for 4 hours with no breaks, stopped for about an
hour at lunch time, then did another 2 hours.  After the trimming work,
there was a bunch of branches on the ground, which they put through
their chipper/shredder, raked up the area, and used a blower to finish. 
If you didn't know what had happened, you'd never have been able to
tell anything was previously on the lawn.
All in all - it was a quality experience.  Work was done right by a
professional crew.  Communication was excellent.  Price was fair and
reasonable.  I'd definitely be willing to hire them again."

"We'd bought a house with a yard that had been neglected for a number of years, and was overgrown with large self-seeded trees. Steve came in and was immediately more knowledgeable about the trees than the guy from Bartlett Tree Services. He was also very straightforward, listened to what I wanted, and also able to offer his thoughts on what needed to be done. He is a certified arborist.

Steve and his great, and very polite, team came in and removed 7 large trees, and then shaped and cleared up the many remaining large trees.  They also cleared up a lot of overgrown shrubs, cleared an area of weeds and vines, and trimmed down a very overgrown privet hedge to regrow. The whole process took 3 days and they left the yard immaculate (with a few remaining jobs that they are going to come back and finish off when Spring starts).

The yard now looks "park-like" in the words of a visitor who came by - it went from an untended forest to a beautiful open space, with trees that now look like specimen trees in a park.

I've been very impressed with Steve, and Paul who is Steve's backup guy in the office. Steve is very professional, pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable about all aspects of landscaping, tree care and planting. I am now continuing to work with them on ongoing projects to create my garden, including installing a deer fence, laying a formal lawn, preparing large flower beds and eventually laying a slate terrace, and new driveway (Steve is also a trained mason). In all ongoing discussions they are very open to follow my ideas, and watch my budget very carefully so I really feel like I am getting very good value and service for my money."
