Julio’s estimate was in the middle of the range, but the main reason we chose him was the impression he made during our first conversation. He came out, inspected the property, talked through the options, and provided thoughtful recommendations based on what he saw. I was initially interested in a larger project based on his recommendations, but ultimately decided to start with a general cleanup that included removing weeds, stumps, dead trees, and 1–2 truckloads of debris. From start to finish, Julio and his crew were communicative, honest, professional, and easy to work with. "Isaac was a pleasure to work with. They captured my vision for my condo perfectly. I had major work done (Had two bathrooms renovated completely (remove a bathtub and extend the shower and make a closet in one of them), tear out the hard wood floors and polish the concrete, paint the kitchen cabinets and install a backsplash and put in new carpeting in the bedrooms and paint the whole place.
