""After 15 years of enduring water and flooding damage to our yard and the foundation of our house, and after trying various 'solutions' from well-intentioned landscapers that never truly resolved the issues, we ultimately decided to engage Drainage and Erosion Solutions. We required comprehensive flood control and damage mitigation, and their expert team skillfully implemented swales, dry creeks, catch basins, and channel drains in areas where water management was critical. They also replaced a water-damaged window well, removed a flagstone patio to install drain basins and drainage pipes, and flawlessly reinstalled it. The supervisor and crew displayed remarkable knowledge, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to detail throughout the entire project. This system has been operational for several months now, and even during the most intense rainfall, which historically led to road flooding, my house and foundation remain dry. We enthusiastically endorse this company without reservation.""

"John from AA Waterproofing showed up on time to analyze the water problem coming through my foundation. He showed me a video that gave me all the alternatives to fixing it with the internal French Drain showing the best results - and warrantied for any future problems for both me and anyone who buys my house in the future. Although this is not an inexpensive solution, it appears to be the best. John did a nice job of responding to all my questions both during the inspection and afterwards. I did do some research on the costs and AA's bid came in down the middle range. The crew (4 men) showed up on time (actually an hour early) and immediately got to work covering all the steps down to the basement and the front entry way. They also put plastic covering over all the stuff in the unfinished basement. The work went quickly and neatly as could be expected. Sam, the foreman, did a good job of answering my questions and showing me the progress. They had 70 feet of internal digging and piping to be done to connect to a new sub pump that was part of the bid. All in all, the job too two days (much faster than anticipated) and looks good. After cementing (special hydro pressure cement) the wall where the crack existed, Sam also installed an extra mold proof walling over the that area. Overall, the work looks good with a nicely done cementing of the drain around the perimeter of my basement. So far we have not experienced enough rain to test the results, but I feel confident that this was the best solution done by a very competent company."

"We recently hired LUX Foundation Solutions to stabilize the foundation of our garage, which was sinking. Before we decided on LUX, we talked to representatives from 2 companies; both companies suggested the same plan of action to fix the problem. The representative from LUX was forthright about what could realistically be done in terms of lifting the garage and gave us some time to think about his proposal. The other companyâ s representative assured us that his company could do much more, but he refused to put that into the contract (â They wonâ t let me,â he said). The other company was also asking for six or seven thousand dollars more, so our choice was clear. The workmen from LUX arrived on time, and they didnâ t bother us at all (no requests to use the bathroom or anything along those lines). We heard the jackhammering, of course, but other than that, the job was quiet. The foreman was always polite and ready to answer questions, and the crew always cleaned up at the end of the day (it was a 5-day job). Weâ re quite pleased with LUXâ s work, and we definitely recommend the company."

"They installed a french drain and pump and installed water proofing on the walls.  Initially I thought some of the workers were not really the best, so I called and a manager came out and was very honest and acknowledged their faults and came out and fixed all the issues.  I was very impressed with this, he was very responsible.  They ended up doing a fantastic job in the end."

"Fantastic! We are so thankful to be working with Clifton Contracting! We had some very specific requests and high expectations. Chris and the Clifton Contracting team were so patient and worked very hard to complete the job. We could not be more thrilled with the final outcome. We have used them for 5 or 6 different kind of projects from drainage to grading to a two different additions. I will definitely hire them back for additional work."

"I am selling my home and the buyer's inspector found cracks in the foundation that we were unaware of. With closing approaching I needed help quickly. Keegan came to my house within a couple of days, gave me his professional assessment of the possible problems, recommended solutions to the problems and estimated best case and worst case pricing. Lux professionals were back at my house in a few days with equipment that made the digging go fast and did not damage my deck or landscaping. The solution turned out to be best case and Lux's prices were reasonable. The dig was done and the area was restored better than it was before. I highly recommend Lux Foundation Solutions."

"The managers were friendly and knowledgeable and, while there was a little confusion early on (the source of my leak ended up being more complicated than expected), they did excellent work and got it all done much more quickly than expected. My house is waterproofed and everything is clean, dry, and back to the way it should be."
