"We needed to replace our old 20+ year HVAC system before it quit working which probably would have been in the summer when HVAC companies are the busiest. so I decided to do it winter 2021. Did my due diligence and had three companies come out, present their bids and recommended equipment. Most of the companies were in line with their bids and no one underbid their competitors. All were less than $300 apart. I have 18+ years real estate and property management experience so I have dealt with lots of trades over the years.
