"Francisco Gomez started the job until day #2, He stated that he can't grade the three sided out of the four sided property because he does not have the heavy equipment (dozer) to do the slopes. I would like an additional refund of $ 1,000. He only did partial grading for driveway & move the mulch in the back part of the property. There was no gravel or cement installed."
