"Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

He assured me they were handyman services and could repair house. When Simon came assured me it was no problem Fixed and reinforced area and also minor garage door repairs. "I highly recommend Floyd and sons for any project you may have. They were timely, professional, competitive and extremely easy to work with. I hired them to remove an old double glass door. The door was no longer functional and outdated. They had a custom door made to perfectly fit the existing build out. The new installation was a two door single motion exit door with windows. They installed it and painted it to perfectly match my building exterior. I even added a small entry ramp for deliveries and they handled it perfectly. "In the past Schneider has installed windows and doors on my home, this time they sided the wood areas of my home, so we would not have to paint again. The two men were professional and did a nice job installing the siding, <strong>however,  </strong>when I returned home from work that day, they were finished and gone, and left me a nice mess to clean up. When they took down the molding for the soffit, some of the insulation fell out and was scattered on the ground around the base of the house.
