I had other estimates coming and was informed they would try to match the price if I got something lower. I didn't need them to do that, as they were the lowest. Garage Roof was on within in a couple of weeks. I had 1 issue, which I was nervous to ask about, but the project manager was very nice and concerned about my dissatisfaction. Since it was going to rain before they could get to the job they came out and patched all the holes they could and covered areas that needed covering. On the day of work they diligently covered everything with tarp around the outside and put protective boards up around the windows.
