"Spencers Custom Construction is a superb team of hard workers. They pay immaculate attention to every little detail of the job. They have pressure washed my house and deck and then stained the deck and stairs in addition to the hand railings to a side door. They installed metal mesh covers over my wide gutters and repaired a problem. In addition, they purchased and installed a heavy storm door and latch at the front door. When two exterior doors arrive they will install them. They leave the job site neat and tidy daily and do an excellent job on everything. Their quote was very fair and lower than anyone elseâ s and they are proud of the work they do. "Overall, we received great customer service and a solid product. I am happy with the results. 
We had some issues with scheduling. Our back gutters were taken care of quickly, but a large tree in our front yard limited access. We ended up calling in a landscaping company to cut the branches overhanging our home, and afterwards Exterior Pros of America came back out to our house to finish the job. 
While up on the tall ladder, they also fixed/resecured a decorative shutter on one of our top floor windows for no additional charge. I appreciated their thoughfulness and felt like they really aimed to take care of our home. 
I do think that the gutter guard product is expensive, but it seems a very high quality. With all work completed, I feel that it was worth the investment and I'd recommend Exterior Pros.

"Mr. Farmer and his team did a FANTASTIC job! They had my roof on in a day and had the siding completed in under 3 days. Above and Beyond used high quality products for both the roof and the siding. He put on seamless gutters as well as making sure everything was clean when his crew left. He also kept me up to date and informed of his progress with text messages and photos when everything was completed. I have already recommended his company to my family, friends, and co-workers if they ever need work done on their homes. These guys were professional, polite, and completed the job on time and on budget. "I've used John in the past and have never had a bad experience. This time he patched up some dry wall that came off when I took down some M3 tape. He sanded the wall down, covered the holes, and repainted the spots. Looks like there was never an issue. As always, great price and friendly, professional customer service!

"Southern Leisure Builders installed our sun room in the summer Spring of 2018. This particular year there were many days of rain, and as you may recall, Hurricane Florence inundated us with her presence. This caused our project to be quite delayed. But Southern Leisure persevered and they finally completed it at the end of summer, not too far after Florence arrived. Our sunroom survived, but it did flood. As a result, Southern Leisure had to come out and drill some weep holes under the windows to prevent this. Not sure if this was a design flaw or install flaw.  Fast forward to March 2020. I accidentally shot a rock from my lawn tractor and it struck one of the hurricane proof windows, the fixed pane. The entire unit had to be replaced. This occurred while North Carolina was in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and the state was shut down. I called Southern Builders and left a voice message. Within 5 minutes, someone called me and assured me they would place the order for the replacement but could not install until construction workers were allowed to work again. I am happy to report the work was completed on June 26, 2020. They did such a good job putting everything back that my wife still has not realized the window has already been replaced. Aside from Mother Nature and scheduling delays, you should be pleased with their work. My wife and I enjoy using our sun room all year long."
