"Great. Atomic Plumbing's Jim Miller showed up during the scheduled maintenance window. We talked about the problem of the clogged pipe, and then he looked at a few things. Then he explained to me what was going, and why. My drainage pipe from the washing machine was smaller than it should have been. I could replace it, and other pipes under the house, or get it snaked out and cleaned out for now. I choose just the snake procedure. He was very thorough and meticulous as he drained the water from my deep sink and then undid the drain plug on the pipe, and proceeded to snake the pipe. Once done, he tested the drainage of the pipe with a full washing machine of water. It passed the test! I was very happy everything went as he said it would. Jim is also a funny guy, as he was working and we talked, he had some stories he told me, that I thought were quite hilarious. Bottom line, I am extremely happy with the job he performed at the price stated. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim, and Atomic plumbing if some one asked me about knowing a good plumber. I know if I have another plumbing problem, I will be calling Atomic Plumbers again. Thanks Jim!"

He was knowledgeable & explained our problem & the process they would use to do the repairs ,completely. It was very important to him that we understood completely. We never felt rushed or pressured at any time. He was available to us at all times. We felt like we had gained a friend! Ludy & the White team were awesome! They called us when they were on the way everyday & arrived on time. We couldn't have asked for better workers! They worked consistently even though we had some very hot days! They seemed to enjoy their job & worked well together as a team. I I don't want to forget the office staff! They, as well ,were very professional & helpful. "Very Professional, from the Salesman to the Office personnel. I was told there would be a foreman on the site to oversee work to be completed, there was none. When the install tech cut into my supply line, vice running a separate drain line as I was instructed would happen, instead of a supervisor or other responsible person, a second tech was sent to assist with the install. NOONE from the company reached out to me in reference to the mistake that was made and no compensations were offered. When I reached out to my sales rep, I was instructed the production team is handling it. That was it. The install tech resolved the issue (that he created) and was very apologetic and cleaned up everything before leaving for the day and made sure everything was back to normal and working. The first dehumidifier that was installed did not work. I had to wait another day for a second, new, dehumidifier to be installed. In the end, a one day install took 3 days (five if you include Sat and Sun) but everything is installed and working correctly, it appears. With the mistakes that were made, The company has a very good reputation and I would not judge just on one job, but things do happen. Everyone is very polite and professional and will answer questions if you ask. No one wants to deal with mistakes obviously. I would recommend, however. This company did the previous install on my house (prior to my purchase of it) and it is a very good quality install."

"We had foundation piers in our crawl space and 3 pumps with drain gutters installed in our basement in October. They had to come back in July because water was seeping into the basement from another area. They scheduled the additional work quickly. Conan and Charles added the additional gutter to the existing gutter and did not have to put in another pump with outside drain. The work invoice was adjusted to a lower cost, and we are satisfied . Time will tell if our basement stays dry. Wish they had done all the gutter work originally , as it is noisy and dusty , Thanks , especially Conan!"

"Pleased with service and equipment installed. Arrived a little late first day, weather halted work late that afternoon, so they had to come back and worked a full second day. So, it took a little longer than planned, but all good in the end. Obtained quotes from two other businesses for comparable equipment/installation; Rose Bros. quoted best price."

"We used A1 exterminators for several years. In the beginning we used them to change the dehumidifier filters. We started using them because the previous owners had used them to redo the crawl space and install a the humidifier. At some point we also started using them for pest control. We did their Guardian Plan from beginning. The guys they sent over were nice and courteous and always helpful. We were pleased with service until we were selling our home and records of services provided were requested and they refused to give them. We were needing information on if they had caulked some cracks in the foundation when they sealed everything when the dehumidifier was installed. I even had the previous owner call and give them permission to release this information. They accused me of trying to get information out of them that didn't belong to me. Funny thing is, there were absolutely no issues, but they were immediately defensive and accusing me of being in a bad place with our buyers. She talked over me to the point and was so rude, I told her to shut up. That was the end of anything I ever wanted to do with them. Had the owner of this company not been the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life, I may have left them a good rating. Based on how she treats a customer of 4 or 5 years, I could never recommend them to anyone. Read their reviews yourself. Their bad customer service speaks for itself. When I mentioned this company to the buyers real estate agent, he confirmed that they weren't reputable as did the escrow company that did our closing."

"I love them so much, I took them to my mother to do service as well! They were quick, cleaned up after themselves real well, and they were 100% above, and beyond. My mother has a very hard accent so some doesn't talk to her, and talks to me instead and that irritates her, but this company tried their best to talk to her.
