Because the door to the closet where the water heater "lives" would be too narrow for the newer, wider tanks, he was able to find a taller model that would still allow me to squeeze into the closet to utilize the extra storage space. The office staff also is great at keeping the customer updated and when the tech is actually on the way to your home. I would highly recommend Atomic to everyone. "From the first meeting with Matt when he gave us a timeline and our estimate, through the install and the walk through of finished work, it was all very well done. The installers were very polite and made sure that any flooring that they would be walking on or bringing out the old water heater on were completely covered to protect from any dirt or water. Any time we went to see if they needed anything they would tell us what they had gotten done and what they were working on. Not once were they short or put out as some people are when you are curious about what is going on in your house. I would use Lighthouse any time and have already told our friends how professional and caring they were about everything that went into our home and the proper working of it all before they left.
