"Once we finally found a date that fit into both of our schedules, I had to call him at 5:00am, just hours before he was to be at my house, to cancel due to the birth of my grandson. He took the news very well, congratulating me and telling me not to worry about the short notice. He showed up right on time on the rescheduled date. <br /> Once he removed the old door, he found that the brick on the house had been added, which I did not know, and he had to correct to correct the opening in order to be able to install the new door jamb. He did an excellent job and both doors looked better than I had expected. He didn't charge me any extra for the extra work he had to do to the house because of the siding. He came back the next day to install the trim around the door and showed up when he said he would. He noticed that I had an opening to the crawl space under my house and cut the old door to fit into the space and cleaned up after himself. "Awesome job on the gutters. I just LOVE seamless gutters and the leaf guard over the top!! No more leaf removal anymore! WOO HOO! Water flows off our roof in the right spots- - down the corners and NOT over the edge of the middle of the gutters. RBS eliminated some middle drain spouts (middle of the house) and installed larger/ better sized gutters so that the water would flow out and down on the corners of the house.This was important for our septic drain field as well oddly. We'd been drenching our field with water off the house and had septic issues as a result. Now the water flows away from the septic field as well. They also repaired some damage on the roof from the massive hail that came down that day though that was small stuff. Reliable gets 5 STARS on this project! Thanks a TON."

Top notch quality, attitude, professionalism and courtesy from everyone involved. We are very happy with the end result. Scott's team was on time every day. They really worked well together and everyone seemed to know their roles and were helpful of one another. By the second day, we were comfortable in his team to work inside the home without our being there. Scott spent a lot of his personal time working an an unrelated water-leak issue and shared every bit of knowledge he had in helping me troubleshoot that issue. With the additional work items performed, the final invoice was reasonable and inline with normal expectations given the original estimate."

"He constantly had his people go above and beyond to make sure everything in the entire room matched up- meaning he didn't just do the affected area. he painted the entire room's moldings, he cleaned the entire room's tile, he made sure the seals were redone in the bathroom. He was a true professional. Especially is how careful he was in getting all the details needed for the estimate for our insurance company and for us. We had 3 different companies come out, including Servpro and they couldn't even get all their estimates from one person to give me a full estimate. "I searched and called 6 structural engineers and was blessed to find Bruce Crowder and Sevier County Construction....All I can say is you get what you pay for....quality and hard work topped off with INTEGRITY!!!!!!!! This company took a persons worst nightmare in buying a house that was literally falling down around us and turned it into a dream come true..We met with Mr. Crowder at the house and walked through it from top to bottom. We explained our situation and were met with honesty and patience. We live out of state and were apprehensive  about long distance communication and not being able to oversee the progress..WELL. They started that Monday, and we got pictures, texts and emails immediately. Nothing happened out of scope unless we got a phone call and a discussion before they proceeded.
