"He showed up to assess the job. We agreed on a price. He told me he was busy for a month so I waited. The day before the job he messaged me to send him more than half up front or he wasn?t coming. He never mentioned advanced payment. I said I wasn?t comfortable but would certainly pay him as agreed for the job. He told me he wasn?t coming if I didn?t send him money first. For a handyman? Leave me waiting for a month then demand payment up front before doing one minute of work? Totally unprofessional!!! Time waster!"

Not only that, but he made two trips out to my house because he needed to go back for a different tool which was my fault, not his, without charging me more. "Alex & his team were absolutely top notch! They worked on my house for approx. 6 weeks replacing termite/water wrought damaged wood beams, posts, fascia boards, etc. Then they built us an amazing deck/balcony that has a total of 5 layers and will last for, at least, the next 30- 40 years! Finally, they painted all of our house’s exterior, along with fixing all the stucco problems we had. Each of his team members showed up every day, on time & worked the entire day! I really couldn’t be more impressed w/a contractor! Believe me, I’ve hired bad (terrible) contractors in the past and was forced to fire them and lose lots of $ in the process!
