Unfortunately, the floor in the upstairs bath had been repaired by the previous owner due to an on going (unknown to us) leak. So in addition to the planned remodel, we had to have the sub-floor removed & replaced. Kyle gave us the best bid and was able to easily work around our ever changing schedule. Kyle provided recommendations & measurements for the supplies and we were able to choose and purchase what we preferred. Kyle's crew was professional & polite. Everyday, they worked long hours, cleaned up and would let us know when they would be returning. In addition to that, the work was outstanding and exceeded our expectations! "We did a major addition to our home. It was 2 stories, included a kitchen, new roof line, dining room, facade. OCHB did the entire job, from the new foundations they poured up to the last shingle on the roof. OC Home Builders was outstanding. The reason they're so good is it's a team effort: the husband, Jim, is a detail-oriented, no-nonsense, high quality contractor. And his wife, America, is the customer service. It's a perfect combo. Jim gets it done right, and America makes sure you're brought along and your concerns are heard. Then they have their 2 sons doing a lot of the work, and they're just great. Good, kind boys that are really hard working. Their other employees, David and Paul are also way above par. Good people and really detail oriented-no-shortcuts-type of folks. Anyway, we've used them multiple times and their work has never failed. From a cost perspective, we found them to be right in-line with the majority. Not cheap, but not expensive...but with the excellent product, it's a much higher value."

Ran into a major hick up due to the whole COVID19 issue but he kept us informed and ensured that work did not stop once construction started.
