They installed a malfunctioning AC unit in October, and despite MONTHS of trying to resolve the issue, it still doesnt work. The Technician was able to come over within a few hours of our call, assess our situation, and unclog the drain that was causing the leak. We thought it was a hose leaking but it was the drain into the wall that was clogged (who would have thought to check that?) He even helped us move the machine out from the wall so we could clean and dry the areas behind it. We appreciate their prompt service, knowledge and professionalism and will absolutely be using Flow Tech Plumbing again for our plumbing needs. We 100% recommend this company. "
